1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or participating in the MeetYourSkills Web Development Bootcamp and online community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this website or registering for our courses.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all training materials, curriculum structures, design assets, and custom exercises provided during the bootcamps are the intellectual property of MeetYourSkills and its founder, Benziane Younes. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these resources for your own educational development. You may not resell, repackage, or distribute our course materials without prior written consent.

Code developed collaboratively under our public GitHub organization is governed by the respective open-source licenses attached to those repositories.

3. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe, welcoming, and productive environment for all students, you agree to adhere to our Community Code of Conduct. This includes:

  • Showing respect and professional courtesy to instructors and peer students in live Google Meet sessions and chat rooms.
  • Refraining from harassing, offensive, or discriminatory language and behavior.
  • Avoiding academic dishonesty; while collaboration is encouraged, submitting other students' code as your own without authorization is not permitted.

4. Bootcamps Registration & Payments

When you submit an enrollment request through our contact form, we coordinate directly with you to schedule and confirm your seat in the bootcamp sessions. Pricing is transparent and discussed during direct onboarding. Payment terms and refund timelines will be specified prior to your formal enrollment.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

All training, mentorship, and project resources are provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to deliver top-tier education and help you build an industry-ready portfolio, MeetYourSkills does not guarantee job placement, freelance client acquisition, or specific career outcomes. Individual success is highly dependent on your personal dedication, practice, and effort.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetYourSkills and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the courses or your inability to access our online services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When updates occur, we will post the updated terms on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our site or courses following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
